Works well… changing batteries might be annoying – The housing feels a little cheap but it has great range. Opening it up to set the code was a little tricky. I expected to just slide the lid down, but you actually need a flathead screwdriver to open it up. There’s a little slot on the bottom side of the remote. But I think the most annoying issue will be when I need to change the batteries because one of the batteries is mostly blocked when the lids off. I guess you have to disassemble the whole thing?!? Hopefully the batteries last a long time.

Used for subdivision gate – Half the size of the ones from the HOA and they wanted $45.00 each for theirs. Very easy to set the dip switches and works perfectly.
