      These are perfect replacements for “normal” around-the-house bulbs – I had to hunt a bit for the “Warm White” but this is the right color choice for a 1:1 replacement of 60 watt incandescent bulbs for things like a dining room fixture or living room lamps. We actually used them to replace fluorescent bulbs. Although the energy savings isn’t huge going from spiral fluorescent to led, we love that these come right on and that they don’t have mercury. At this price, it was easy to say yes to that next-level switch.

      Great for the price – I figured they’d be cheap Chinese junk that would have at least a couple of duds and would burn out quickly. Imagine my surprise when every bulb worked perfectly, and they’re still working months and months later! Great purchase for the price.

      Seems more like 4500K Color tempature – The bulbs work fine so far so can’t comment on longevity, but I noticed the color temperature on these seem much whiter than a warm white 3,000K. Other LED bulbs that I have in the warm white seem to be in the more natural warm color range.

      Good lighting, but bulb packaging says 9 Watts instead of 8.5 Watts. – I’ve used a whole 16 pack of these to replace the crap lightbulbs the home builder installed. I haven’t had an issue with them yet. The only issue I’ve had is that the new 24 pack I ordered showed up with the packaging reading as 9 Watt bulbs instead of the advertised 8.5 Watt.
