Ladies and Gentlemen: Your one stop shop for backed up drain issues. – This is an honest review from a typical, normal, lay person. I’m married to a typical, normal, lay wife. Lay wife, however, loses hair faster than a formula one car going top speed. She always wrote it off as, “iT’s nOrmAL tO loSe a fEw hUnDred pIeCes of hAiR.” To avoid conflict, I let it go. Then, the shower started slowing down. Didn’t think much of it until it just got worse and worse and worse. After a while the plunger stopped working. The liquid clog remover that rhymes with gain-o gave it temporary relief- and by temporary I mean 1 quick shower before going back to swimming in a lagoon of shampoo, conditioner, and all other sorts of hair product.

didnt even need the metal ones – i was worried about reports of them breaking, so i removed the drain plug before i tried to unclog my sink and it worked fine, i used the orange plastic rod and got a huge chunk of hair that had been there since i moved in, i followed up by installing a sink shroom and the sinks been running clear a couple weeks now, i didnt force these rods though, they might break if you dont take out your plug and if you yank instead of wiggle them out

these things have saved me so many times. – i don’t really know how to keep the hair and gunk out of my drains. does that take daily cleaning after you shower? i’m not motivated enough to do that. as long as you’re not pushing these things DEEP into your sewage system, and twisting and yanking on them, they are SUPER sturdy. i know i’ve heard of other people having them break off in the drains but this has NEVER happened to me (yet) and these things save me from having to call maintenance to unclog my drains. works great on my bathtub and in the sink in the bathroom. idk why but both of those get clogged semi-frequently and these easily unclog them. idk how well the metal one works, but those plastic bastards are some of the most amazing things i’ve ever purchased in my life lol

These work, but be forewarned – What these pull up out of the drain can be incredibly gross. But they work! Suggest using a drain cleaner like Pequa to completely flush the drain once you’ve used one of these.

Works well except for bend due to packaging – It removed the clog in the drain but the way its packaged causes a permanent bend in the plastic which makes it more difficult to push into the drain pipe all the way.

So when I got the product I “unbent” it and then weighted it down with a book for a few days. It worked like a charm. Kudos to the inventor.
