Helped my Eczema – After doing some research, decided to purchase this to possibly help with my eczema. Like other reviewers have noted, no shower head can filter out metals (have to have a home filtration system for that- metals are also most common cause of eczema) but it does remove common elements found in shower water like chlorine & fluorine.

Helps immensely but not a cure-all system – The water definitely got softer! I would say yes this works and would likely work best if the water quality wasn’t the hardest tap water. Unfortunately, the water in Southeast Florida is labeled as EXTREMELY HARD — thanks to the abundance of limestone in our water sources. Additionally, they treat the water here with chloramine which causes near instant allergic reactions in everyone I’ve met who doesn’t have filtration (think: sneezing, hives, watery eyes, the works!). But living in an apartment, I cannot get full water softener system nor a full filter system, so this shall do. I don’t immediately sneeze in the shower and my hair and skin don’t feel like they’ve been stripped dry anymore, so I’ll take the win! I still sneeze after a long shower, and my hair and skin aren’t magically soft like a full filtration system would make, but certainly a vast improvement from before.
