Really great for walking the dog – This is very comfortable to wear and I love that the light on the chest stays articulated the direction you point it. I use this for walking the dog in our dark rural area and it’s nice because I can point the light downward and it keeps his path lit too. If I need it straight ahead I can articulate it that way also without it moving. It’s not the brightest light, but being hands free makes this work the purchase and I use it daily.

Helpful For Running At Night BUT … – I find this very Helpful For Running At Night BUT … my torso turns with every movement of my legs which also shifts the light from side to side.

Not weatherproof as promised — buuuut… – Generally well designed, and better than anything else I could find. Purchased for my son who runs after dark, and felt much better with him running with these lights on. Alas — the first rainstorm and the system died, so it is definitely not weatherproof (which the description promises). But then, behold, after a couple of days of exhibiting some wacky behavior (turning itself on and off) it finally seems to have dried out and is now working again. So — not ideal, but still better than other options.

Square light – Great light and it’s very comfortable. I’ve seen others complain about the light going back and forth. Honestly it’s par for the course and not as bad as holding a flashlight.

Great light for runners and walking your dog – This light is amazing! I am using it to walk my dog at night and it is just what I needed. It is super bright, and the back light is another great touch. The only downside about it it that it may not fit everyone because the strap only stretches out so far. Not sure how it will fit for larger people or over really bulky winter coats. I am 5.3, 120lbs, and there is some room.

THIS WORKS. I need it for my elderly dad, who walks his dog in the dark midwest – It got here this past week. It is awesome. I set up the USB cord on his power strip – its always there. All he has to do is charge it. It’s bright, he wears it over his winter jacket (it stretches!) and it is BRIGHT. It is working thru the dark in morning and afternoons, while its snowing, etc. I don’t want him slipping and falling on ice so THANK YOU. I was really worried and spent a lot of time looking at multiple light options – head/hat, other body ones, clip on, ones for the dog – this is perfect.
