      Solid construction; Easy to set-up – The timer has easy to see controls and was intuitive to set up. Instructions were also clearly written. It is larger and heavier than I would prefer but if you don’t need to tuck it away, it’s a good choice. I do wish the cord were a little longer.

      Works perfectly! – I have this outside for the Christmas lights! The timer works exactly as stated! The lights turn on at 4:30pm and off at 11:30pm. No more remotes for the exterior lights here in MN!

      Super easy to use timer. – I bought this to automatically turn on the grow light for my plants. This works like a charm. It is a little bit big though. I never tested it against water, I use is only indoor for the grow light. The programmable system is super easy and intuitive to use. The accuracy is pretty good, too. There might be one minute margin of error. Because I have always need to re-set the time on this machine to match my cell phone time. There is always like a minute difference after a month of usage. It usually runs one minute early than my cell phone after one month of use. Meaning after I set it to exact minute matching my cell phone, one month later, it might be 1 minute off compared to my cell phone. Besides that, it works like a charm. I have 2 of them, each for a set of plant grow light.

      Battery – I like the idea that you can use a regular battery on it. Then at the end of season you can remove it to put away timer for next season.

      Great product except for a construction issue – The timer is excellent – easy to use unless you want to install the battery. The factory machinery stripped the screw holes in the battery cover plate. We had to use a wrench and a lot of strength to remove each of the two screws with a phillips screwdriver. Then we had to repair the stripped hole by filling it with hot glue and then turning the screw into it. The timer operates perfectly well without the battery, but it’s unpleasant to have to set it from the outlet where you have plugged it in, especially if it’s out in the cold, near the ground level.

      Good – 1st time set timer to come on and shut off when time came around to turn on it didn’t I was confused until I remember that I didn’t set the correct time on the clock (real time) this works flawlessly and saves me from going outside to plug in and unplug the Christmas lights
