Nice being a bit smaller than original Brita pitchers. – I liked this pitcher as it is enough smaller than the original pitchers. I like that it is lighter weight and fits my frig better, yet not so small that I have to refill it too much to be handy.

Top indicator did not work correctly. – The top to the white Britta pitcher did not work correctly. It showed that it was time to replace the filter when it was brand new. Luckily, I had not yet gotten rid of my turquoise Britta that I loved, but it had a crack on the bottom and was leaking. So I was curious and took off the turquoise top and put it on my white pitcher. Sure enough, it worked and flashed green as it should have with the new one. So I am just going to have a white and turquoise Britta, and I really don’t care! But I wanted to warn people about this, because the white top was defective. The only reason I got rid of the turquoise one was because it had that crack on the bottom.

Pretty good water filter – At first there was some black speckles but I saw reviews that said it was from the charcoal filter. After awhile it went away and I noticed the water tastes better. My tap water is pretty gross so I was surprised how it made it better, it is a pain to fill up sometimes because of how it’s at the top but I think it works pretty well. You’d have to fill it up everyday because it doesn’t hold much water, so it’s not a long term/amount holder.
