Helps prevent CPS numbness while sleeping – I had been waking up in the middle of the night with severe pain on the thumb-side of my hand (akin to Carpal Tunnel Syndrome’s symptoms). This mainly occurred due to curling my hands as I slept and the braces’ bar helps keep the wrists straight. After using these braces, I finally got to sleep with no pain (in the hand/wrist area anyway).

Once adjusted, you can quickly slide off and on. perfect if you have to get up in the middle of the night. Slides off,then just grab and slide back on without thinking or looking since fits both hands when jump back in bed. You will not regret it. Also easy to remove metal and washes well. I do replace at least once a year. you could go longer, but the bean bag cushion for palms settles and just a personal preference, nothing is worn on the brace. The only brace I use, but it’s not perfect! – For years I’ve needed to use a wrist brace to help my CPS symptoms at night. It is, as claimed, the most comfortable brace out there. However, there is a glaring fault regarding how the hook portion of the hook and loop is sewn on to the straps. For some reason, they sew the material ON TOP of the straps. This causes sharp corners to be exposed that WILL scratch exposed skin. If I didn’t trim them, I’d have a half dozen scratches on my chest every night caused by the sharp corners (see attached pics).
