No Regrets… – This seems to be a “love or hate” product when you read the reviews.

good ratcheting set – Very good set. After borrowing ratcheting screwdriver to put together dresser, I realized just how much easier and faster it was than having to use an old 6 in 1 multi screwdriver. This Craftsman set seems like that’s what I needed so I bought it and my initial impressions are that this is a good set that can adapt to any job with multiple bits included. A nice bonus is that the shaft extends for those hard to reach spaces. I like the fact that the bits do not store in the handle. The shaft is magnetic but could be more so. I don’t understand all the complaints people say they can’t figure out how to pull out and retract the shaft. It’s so easy to figure out how to do it. Just use your brain a little before rushing back to the product page and leaving negative review. The included case is good enough to hold everything and yes, the screwdriver fits snuggly in it. But….. you must retract the extension all the way then it will fit. otherwise it won’t. This might not be the best ratcheting set on the market but for the price, I don’t see anything better out there.

Great in Tight Spaces – Its hard to turn a screwdriver sometimes in tighter spaces so this makes it easy. Comes in a nice case with loads of bits. Has a nice extending bit holder and can take any other hex bit that would commonly be used for impact drivers and drills.

These people who think “it doesn’t fit in the case”… – So…I’ve had one of these sets for a couple years…and it’s great. I think it’s really innovative the way that Craftsman made the telescoping shaft in a ratcheting screwdriver. FWIW I am a former professional mechanic, although I’ve moved on to other professions, I still do all my maintenance on my racing motorcycles, farm equipment, etc. I wouldn’t say this unit is as good as the Snap-On ratcheting screwdriver that I use all the time in the shop…but it’s pretty darned good, especially for the cost.

Must remove driver from handle to remove bit attachment. – The bit adapter on my screwdriver would not come out. You have to pull the handle off and remove a spring clip from the bottom of the bit adapter.

Maybe not the most intuitive, but it easily fits in its case – I’m a big fan of this product. I’ve never had a ratcheting screwdriver before and this is a massive upgrade. I’m mainly writing this in response to the reviews saying it doesn’t fit in it’s pouch. At first I thought the same thing, but in fact you can fit it in so it doesn’t protrude beyond the pouch’s confines. You don’t need to take it apart, just make sure it’s fully retracted.
