Great impact driver – This item was advertised as used, acceptable condition. As far as I can tell, it is in excellent condition. I am using it to repair a large post wooden fence. I am constantly driving 3-1/2” deck screws and 1/4” x 3” lag screws. The battery life is exceptional and the driver is light weight, agile and hard hitting. It will twist off the screws if I over tighten. I was expecting the Dewalt brand to deliver superb performance and it did. I expect years of good service from it.

Strong tool – Great tool took my lugnuts off with ease would have given 5stars but they only sent one battery I called and they will send another one I hope. Edit. I changed tob5 stars they did send the 2nd battery in a couple days awesome customer service

Great… but… – The product is lightweight and feels good. Problem with it was it arrived appearing maybe someone returned the item and I only received 1 battery and the belt clip was missing. Working on waiting for customer support of Dewalt to get back to me. Update, 3 days later I still have not heard back from Dewalt customer support regarding my issue with battery missing from set.
