Simple solution for shorter people. – I’m a short person. My shower head was too high. By the time the water reached me, the water spray cone was so wide that I merely got droplets. It was hard to use a handheld shower head as docking it way up high was also impossible. This item lower the shower head significantly! It definitely is beneficial to my daily life. The water is closer when my hand held shower head is docked. It is also MUCH easier to take the hand held shower head off and dock it again. I would definitely purchase this again. I only wish it was a little sturdier.
