Better than vinegar – I’ve used both descalers and vinegar in my machine, but the pod cleaner really appealed to me. My machine was overdue for a good cleaning and it was coming through in the coffee taste. I was shocked out what came out. I feel like since we stopped buying pods and started filling our reusable plastic pods with coffee it’s gotten ‘dirtier’ for lack of a better description. This product is much better than using vinegar, which I’m a huge believer in for cleaning most everything, but my machine needed something more powerful. I will subscribe to this as a reminder to do get in the habit of doing it every 3 months. Definitely recommend.
