No more leaking! – Aligned threshold seal with garage door just above floor. Marked inside edge. Cut to fit double car garage door width. Applied adhesive and rolled threshold seal into place. Press, then shut garage onto seal. Consider one and a half 10oz all weather adhesive applied with caulking gun.

Be sure to clean the area before you install it, it needs to be free of debris, and it is important to lay it out flat for a day or two as recommended We used two people which made it easier, one person could manage it. We used liquid nail all surface construction adhesive, we used one full tube. If you are using the entire length I would recommend two (they are roughly 9.00 at Home Depot). Three months in (cold weather climate) ours has not moved and is working well.
