Arrived in poor condition – I’ve had a Jura machine for years and have used these cleaning tablets the entire time. Several of these tablets from the most recent order were pulverized and exploded out of the package in a cloud of powder instead of yielding and usable tablet. The product is otherwise perfectly good. However, I won’t continue to order them if they arrive in this condition again.

Been Using these Tablets for a Long Time – Our Jura has delivered over 16,000 shots of coffee and works great. It has been refurbished in its’ lifetime but I do believe these and the other genuine Jura tablets are keeping our machine humming along. You bought a good/expensive coffee maker… why muck with knock-off supplies?
