Decent surge protectors, but not the highest joule rating – These surge protectors seem okay as extension cords, but I didn’t do my due diligence prior to purchasing them. The first shortcoming is that many electronic items have adaptor plugs rather than simple plain plugs, so they require extra space around the plug. Given that, it would be preferable to have the outlets arranged with their orientation to the side rather than end-to-end as they are here.

Doing the job! – Only criticism is that in this day and age, a couple of USB ports could have been added for convenience and versatility.

Cheap, but works, not meant for expensive electronics protection – I bought them to use as cord extension and socket expansions. I never trusted them with my expensive electronics, that is reserved for more expensive surge protectors. They work great. I used it for my Verizon routers and wifi set ups, which doesn’t consume a lot of electricity. They seem very reliable, I used them continuously for months at time without shutting down.

Problem Solver – Just what I needed to plug in a recliner with a large block plug in a recessed floor receptacle. The large block plug did not properly seat in the socket and any movement would cause it to dislodge. The extension cord on this power strip allowed me to properly plug in the recliner at a distance from the receptacle
