Wear gloves! – Our 7 year old dryer suddenly stopped working. Motor was running and the heat came on. When I opened it, I found the belt torn up. On the manufacturer’s site, a new belt is $30 plus shipping. This new belt arrived in under 20 hours and fits perfectly (see pic). There are many videos on how to open up a dryer and replace the belt – it is not difficult, especially if someone holds the drum for you, while you lie on the ground and loop in the belt. I would strongly advise you to WEAR GLOVES. The front panel is cheap sheet metal and I cut myself.

The fact that we got our money back 5 days later stinks a little, but that happens with most warranties, so it wasn’t a huge deal. I’d say worth the purchase because of the Lifetime Guarantee.
