      Homekit setup very frustrating – This was my first meross product in my Apple HomeKit.

      Great product, great service and beats the weather! – I’ve had this product for just over one year. I had to reconfigure my Apple HomeKit network and this plug needed to be reset. Unfortunately the QR code had worn off and I threw away the original box. I contacted Meross and Rosé took care of everything. I got the correct setup code and even a new image of the QR code to store in case this happens again.
