Better than expected – The negative reviews made me hesitate to make this purchase but I’m glad I went ahead with it. Assembly was easy, the charge is pretty quick, and as far as noise level, it wasn’t very bothersome to me. It wasn’t silent by any means, but it wasn’t any louder than a tap running. A full charge gets me through approximately 13 gallons, using the 5 gallon bottles. As far as I’m concerned it was money well spent.

Sleek – It’s very easy to use. On my second jug of water. Everyone in the house is very happy with it. Better option to have your jug on a counter top if you have little kids so the don’t play it or tip over the bubbler. Because fun, sneaky kids will flood your house

Fast, easy dispenser – This is a pretty nifty little water pump, it gets every drop of water out of the jug without having to move the jug around to get the jar but of water. The dispenser has a long silicone tube that drops to the bottom of the water jug so it gets everything. The water dispenses out fast, Smooth and easy wth a rich of a button, to stop water you simply turn it off.

OK, but not as described in the add. – Dislike the advertisement. Have to recharge often. Hard to place the charge cable , takes a lot of effort to insert the charger. Not the worst product, nor the best.

Love! – We love this! I feel so much better not buying water bottles and I feel like I’m drinking more water. The battery life is great! I always just recharge it when I finish a 5 gallon, it charges quick as well. For the first couple uses, it would leak a little after pressing the button to turn it off, but that somehow stopped on it’s own. Definitely recommend!

Cool device! Great alternative! – If you tired of returning water bottles to the redemption center this is prefect!!! Now you can go to Lowes or Walmart and swap out your 3 or 5 gallon empty water jug for $5 – $6 for clean water. This pump means you don’t need to invest in a standing dispenser or a water service. Charge pump once per month. Rinse spigot and tubing between changes. Cool device. Great alternative.

Cord gets hot – I love this pump, it’s auto shut off is just shy of a full pot of coffee, half a gal, the only issue I have is the cord that comes with it. It gets hot and smells like it’s melting, but if you keep an eye on it and give it a break in charging it’s awsome, extra note, idk if it matters but I found another cord from an old rechargable remote nd it donts smell like it’s melting any more and charges great

Where has this been my whole life! – I love this!! I’m so glad we switched from the manual pump ones to this one. It’s so easy! Get water with a push of a button! Install is easy, I had to buy the correct caps that it works with, which were $5.99 for 5 of them. Battery life seems pretty good but we have to charge it often because we use it a lot. Also, if you leave it on it’ll stop pouring water out after so many ounces. I have to push it again for my gallon water bottle. So depending on you could be a pro or con!
