This is a god send – I spent years looking for a lotion that I can use on my sensitive skin and not worry about any flare ups. This is, by far, the best lotion I’ve ever used. I am constantly buying it. The pump on the bottle always seems to give me a hard time, but for a product to do such wonders to my dry skin, I can care less about the pump issue. In fact, I have my own reusable jar I put the product in. I definitely recommend this to anyone with intensely dry and easily irritated skin. It’s incredible.

Buy this stuff! – I get extremely painfully dry, cracked skin on my hands, from frequent washing and cold weather, etc. this is the only brand that works for me – and it works fast, despite continuously washing my hands. It has some sort of water and soap proof emollient that still protects your hands even after washing. Additionally, I do not like heavy perfumes and greasy feeling that many hand lotions have, but o’Keefes doesn’t bother me at all. It is a game changer and I am so grateful I found it. If you are bothered by dry hands, you will not regret this purchase!

Actually works for extreme dry skin issues! – If you have eczema or very dry flaky skin then this body lotion will take care of it. It moisturized my skin for well over 48 hours with no signs of flaking. I’ve tried all the name brand “dry skin” creams and they don’t compare. My holy grail was Curel but this even has them beat. Also, this isn’t greasy like oils or body butter and leaves no sticky feeling or residue. Only downside is that it’s pricey so look for coupons!

really works – i’ve tried other moisturizers for dry/flaky eczema skin but they all seemed to have a weird texture that just didn’t improve my skin at all in terms of deep, lasting hydration. this however is amazing. it does exactly what it says it’s gonna do – my itchiness is 90% gone in only a few days of using this. i dont go 48 hours between showering but it definitely lasts 24 hours and through multiple hand washes throughout the day. it’s thick but not heavy, not greasy at all, and has almost no scent. new fave!
