Low clamping voltage. – I buy SUPERDANNY after reading a good review by Bob Villa. Their power strips have low clamping voltage which is the level at which the power cuts off during a surge. Joules are important too but if the damage is done before the protector engages it’s too late. My understanding is that SUPERDANNY engages sooner, at a lower surge voltage, to protect your devices.
