Quick to Install and Convenient to Use – This product really live up to its name! It’s gonna take a little bit more than a few minutes to install and a bit of skill, but it’s not hard by any means. I like this kind of bidet because you can have full control on the direction of the spray as opposed to the automatic spray one. You can use it for various purpose of male and female needs.

Life changing! – Alright people listen up! I’ve suffered from Ulcerative Colitis for many years meaning I’m a frequent flier to the bathroom (too bad you can’t earn airline miles ha) this device has been the most life changing product I’ve ever purchased! It’s so easy to install and makes clean up a breeze. I used to get hemorrhoids frequently and an irritated rear with my frequent bathroom trips, but with this product no more! It’s simple to use and I highly recommend! The only thing this is missing is temperature control but it’s never been an issue the water temp is always comfortable. My wife loves using it too and it’s great! Highly recommend!

Purrfect Zone’s customer service can’t be beat – First of all, I love the bidet and it looks like it will last a good long time. Installation is easy. I’m an 80-year-old woman and installed it myself in a few minutes. But the real standout here is the customer service. While unpacking the pieces, the cone washer fell out, took a small bounce on the floor and wound up under my bathroom cabinet where I can’t reach it. There are extra washers so I used the spare cone washer. However, I wanted a spare just in case, emailed the company asking what size the washer is, and they’re sending me an entire new kit because all their washers are inside the kits. You truly can’t ask for more than that. And this all happened in two days! You gotta love it.

Amazing customer support even after 6 months of buying – I had an minor issue with the sprayer not working in one of the hand sprayer bidets that I installed in my house, it was happening from the first month even though we were using that mildly. But later it became really slow with water pressure. When I mailed their customer care, they responded immediately. I submitted the video and explained the options I tried to fix it. They were so much understanding and immediately shipped a replacement part. It happened after 6 months of buying. They are amazing, I don’t think any other handheld bidet sprayer company are doing it. Thank you so much Purrfect Zone! You guys are the best!
