Sticky good quality foam around filter opening – Foam is dense and one side is very sticky. I snagged a couple of places when installing. The white peel back liner can be hard to get started, but once started peels easy. I will be ordering more.

Not my fav – Its exactly as described but not what I expected its really thin tears apart easily if your not careful pulling the adhesive tape off if you can get the backing off without it tearing the weatherstripping its thin it was a challenge using it but I made it work. I recommend you get a thicker foam

Generous langth and quality cushing. – I’m pretty surprised by the quality, the foam is akin to what you’d find in a mouse pad or a face mask, somewhat firm and porous, not at all cheap styrofoam or plastics. I’ve used this for sealing the doors within a studio and it works well in sound-proofing, but also adding cushion for loud doors that accidentally end up slamming on the slightest force. It being an adhesive cushion strip, You can cut it up and use it for countless uses.

Fragile but does it’s job. – The foam is very fragile, so ensure it’s not rubbing on anything and the pressure is exerted directly on top. Slight rubbing is ok, however if the pressure is too great, it may pull the entire adhesive strip along with the stress point. Just take a knife and cut off the stress point, i.e. the door latch. Other than that, it’s a great product and keeps the smoke out of my room. I live in Alaska, and we do have forest fires where the air quality can reach over the 400 quality index. This helps prevent the smoke from entering my room. The product so far, keeps its shape, holding it’s seal.
