Was definitely used – Cool light. Made of metal which is nice. Led instead of bulb. But it was obviously used. Original package was very worn and falling apart.

Great product, subpar packaging. – The product itself is great. Extremely bright LED, and solid metal construction. Although, the batteries were allowed to roll around in the packaging which scuffed up the flashlight in shipping before it got to me. Not a huge deal I guess, but not ideal when the flashlight is a collectors item.

Great Flashlight!! – This flashlight is a great product for someone that’s a big fan like myself! It has the Hawkins Lab logo and Matthew Brenner’s signature saying “this belongs to”. It also has Morse code on it and really is great. I love it. It has a great range and really helps you see and can light a whole room up. I also did research, and it would be around the same price if you were to just be looking for a flashlight. So it’s a great price and is better than a normal flashlight in my opinion! It is a bit big, but if it’s just a household flashlight, it’s a great size, but if you needed a smaller flashlight, keep looking. The advertisement is great as well, and I kept the box because it’s a great collectible. It is a little heavy but I don’t mind personally. It has a cool handle and looks like it would be in the show. It has good durability and due to the heaviness it definitely has some support and adds more durability. Definitely recommend!

Cannot take Nimh rechargeables without severe drop in brightness. – First, unlike many I received a box that wasn’t shredded to pieces. Opening the box, I did notice the heavy D batteries had torn lose from their very thin paper prison. This is why everyone’s lights and boxes are trashed. The batteries aren’t secured enough in the box, allowing them to bounce around which, will destroy the box and can even scratch up the light itself. The batteries I got were dinged up badly, no doubt from being shipped nearly 3000 Miles to get to me. They worked fine, but a little stronger battery holders or tape would have solved the issue of people getting trashed packages.

Great Flashlight! – I bought it because I love Stranger Things, obviously, but it is honestly such a good flashlight! I took it camping and it was really wonderfully bright, and it was also really hefty. It has some weight to it which just felt nice. I honestly felt like if someone tried to sneak up on me in the woods I could do some damage which was great, haha
