Works perfect – This light works perfect. It’s really dark in my shower so I needed more light. I did use some adhesive strips because I was putting it on shower tiles. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Easy to break – I had this light hanging in my shower. There was not enough space on the wall above the tub to screw it in, so I got an adhesive lock-in type hook and stuck it on the shower wall with that. The hook was SUPPOSED to be for bathroom environments so I figured all is well. The light itself works great, very bright, motion sensor is great, very nice. But the plate covering the face of the light is just barely popped into place. The light fell, the back came off completely and the face of the light came off completely as well. No way to put the face back in as there’s no connection points that are sturdy enough to now lock in place. The back snapped, so now I can’t put that back on either.

GAME CHANGER – Let me tell you… We have L-shaped stairs, and there is always a corner that gets way too dark for me to see my way down, in the dark. This light is. NOT adhesive, you will have to drill it to the wall. It is battery powered, so I would recommend getting Duracell batteries, as those will last you quite some time. I got this back in August, and the batteries are still running, and it’s almost December. The light will come on every time someone passes by, and it stays on for about 20 seconds, before shutting off. It is also very bright.

Works good! – I have been using it for about 3 months now and it works just fine. No issues. I use mine in the pantry and turns on every time I open the door. Also it turns off after it detects no motion in a reasonable time, saving the battery life on it.

A little tip for this – I have had this for almost 3 1/2 months and just did my third battery change. We have this in our bathroom above the shower and it has worked great. However, the battery drained so fast the second time we changed it. Wasn’t sure why but we just now realized it is because we have the motion sensing feature facing the door so when we are walking out in the hallway it turns on from 12 feet away. My husband turned it so it faces the corner/wall of the shower and now it will only sense about 4 feet away. So be aware of where the motion sensor is facing because it may drain the battery more often if it senses motion from even 12+ feet away.

This light is exactly what I needed for my particular situation! – I like this light – a lot! I had a unique situation when I come in from my lighted garage, into a room, the light switch in that room was at the far end, and it was pitch black in there! This light, quickly installed by my son, lights the moment the garage door is opened and remains on long enough for me to either 1) turn on the room’s light switch, or 2) continue on to the upstairs of my house (which is the living part of the house). It comes on sooner than I had expected when I walk INTO the room, stays on while there is motion, and shuts off by itself. It was a great investment for a low price, and a BIG safety feature for my 84 yr old body!!!!!
