Just some odds and ends thoughts about my new washlet – I had been Jonesing for one of these for quite some time, so finally I ordered one and really like it. It cleans up very well, so much better than toilet paper, it is that effective. I just thought I would share some thoughts about the product. Installation wasn’t difficult at all. My unit ended up being an inch from the tank. I know that Toto says it needs 2 inches, but I guess it all depends on the shape of the tank. The business end of the product overlaps the bowl by about 2/5, so that means that if you are a guy and are standing up, you have to aim a little more intentionally toward the available real estate. Because of how the lid and seat are attached to the machine, they are very high profile and the lid sticks up above the vanity next to it by about 7 inches. You just gotta get used to it. As for usage, the remote is okay, but sometimes a little hard to figure out. One thing that bothers me is that a few of the options don’t confirm your selection with a red light. The tank has a quantity of hot water that can run out quickly. For me, that is a reminded to finish up, but if you want unlimited hot water then choose one that offers it. The deodorizing fan is surprisingly effective; I don’t know the science of it but it seems to work. I turned on the energy saver to begin at 11 pm. Last night in the middle of the morning I got up and somehow touched the product in such a way that it woke up and ended the energy saver mode. I don’t remember what I did, but this sorta started me, but next time I will just be ready for it.

Love this bidet!! – I got this for my birthday and absolutely love it. The remote can be programmed for two users so you can adjust setting as needed. It has a great “undercarriage targeting system” and the heated seat and warm water are great. It has an eco setting that reduces power usage during the hours you won’t be using it (work, vacation, etc). It fits perfectly on my Toto toilet. The only bummer is the water supply line is very rigid and you definitely see it when you are in the WC.

I should have bought the model with unlimited hot water instead of this one, which has a hot water tank that can run out. If you only poop once a day, this one should be fine, but if several times a day, you need the unlimited one.

What a neat device! – We had an electrician put in a couple of plugs for the two seats we bought, and after that the installation was a breeze. It took longer to unbox and dispose off the old seat cover than to install these.

Super easy and runs nicely – Easy to install. Functions great. Only complaint is the seat/hinge leaves the seat a little loose. Bolts are secure but the seat is loose from where it attaches to the bidet.
