This solved the lighting issue in the bedroom. It has 3 settings so I can start reading with a brighter setting and drop it to lower light when my husband decides he needs to sleep. The clip is strong enough that I leave it clipped to my lampshade hanging upside down when not using it. It is lightweight enough to use with smaller and paperback books. However, if you have a thin paperback, you may need to add a piece of cardboard to give it stability so you don’t have to fight to keep the clipped section from falling in.
