Still the same quality! – I was given this knife as a kid over 30 years ago. I got one for my daughter this year and it’s the same quality crafted knife that mine was. Manufacturers so often cheapen the quality of their products after they initially catch on. That isn’t the case here. It’s still a great knife and a great learning tool to teach your kids responsibility and how to be safe with knives.

Reminds me of my solidarity with President Trump – This is exactly the standard knife we have come to expect from Victorinox. This quality tool is great to have handy on your keychain with one note of caution. Despite its tiny size expect the TSA to permanently confiscate this item as you are boarding a flight. This is also true when attending a stadium whether for a game or concert. As Americans, we have come to expect abuse from the current KGB but don’t give them a chance to take your keychain knife.

Perfect birthday present for my baby sister. – My sister just wanted a knife that had scissors on it and a blade. Her favorite color happens to be pink. The original Swiss army knife is about as good as it gets as far as quality. In addition to the knife blade and the scissors there was also another blade that had a nail file and a small flat screwdriver and in addition a toothpick and a pair of tweezers that comes in a lot handier than one might think. Every once in awhile everyone gets a splinter and these tweezers are small enough that you can get it out of there. The knife was extremely sharp when we got it and she’s used to several times without having to sharpen it. This will be a perfect gift for a lady in your life or a child old enough and responsible enough to use it. They come in multiple colors to suit just about everyone’s personality. You can’t go wrong with the Swiss army knife

Pretty small but handy – At first, I thought it was too small, but it has turned out to be surprisingly useful. I keep it in the watch pocket of my jeans, and it fits well. It doesn’t have so many blades as to make it hard to use, and I use it a lot for little things like opening Amazon boxes, etc.

I keep buying this knife over and over again. – I purchased this immediately upon realizing I must have lost my previous knife, which I found a few days later. This is the 4th over these knifes I’ve owned, so clearly I like them. I’ve carried one almost daily for well over 20 years and now can’t live long without one in my pocket. They hold up well. LADIES, you’ll love having a nail file handy, or scissors to trim a thread in a pinch, and it’s so small it won’t add bulk to your jeans, even considering women’s jeans have shallow pockets. (Just be careful it doesn’t fall out in the dressing room…fastest way to lose it permanently!)

I love these – I’ve probably owned a dozen or more of these knives. I always have one on my keychain and I’m always using the knife or the screwdriver or the scissors or the tweezers or even the toothpick for some oddball task. Every few years I forget to take it off my keychain when I go through airport security and have to give it up. Then I buy a new one as soon as I can. I have bought cheap knock-offs a few times but have always been disappointed in their quality. I’ve never worn one of these Victorinox knives out. The knife edge stays sharp. All good – they are a bit pricey but I think worth it.

This is my third! – I keep one in my back pocket and use it all the time. Not bulky with just the things I need. It’s the most useful tool! The problem is a loose them them! Because I’m so dependent on it, I have to order a new one right away. Just can’t live without it.

Not as heavy duty as my old model but very convenient! – The other day, I was rushing to the airport to catch a flight and as I exited my car and sprinted towards the airport, I forgot to remove my Swiss Army SD from my keychain. At the TSA checkpoint, the agent made me throw away my trusty Swiss Army SD which I’ve had for over 10 years. Of course having a .5 inch blade be prohibited seems pretty ridiculous. The toothpick had long fallen out, so I told myself maybe it was for the best. Every other part worked just like the day I bought it! The black shell hardly even looked like it had a scratch despite 10+ years of carrying it everywhere.
