Wrong Sizing for project – Good idea but unfortunately Product Didn’t work as expected the gap in my door was not wide enough to slide after unlocking I purchased 2 hopefully it’ll work on a different doorwall

Didn’t fit my door – Make sure the separation between the sliding doors is wide enough mine are old and didn’t slide over them smoothly so I had to take em off.

Should call this the Toddler Bar! – My son is just old enough to unlock and open our sliding door. He is too smart for us to put a wooden dowel to stop the door from opening at the bottom, so I got this. I put it up high enough that my son cannot get it. I don’t have to worry about him opening the sliding door now. Highly recommend!

Working well – So far so good. It has a solid hold to the glass. I cleaned prior to because my home gets dusty easily. When it is in the lock position, the slider will not move which is exactly what I need!

Love it – I did not know how this would work but it is awesome such a simple little device so easy to install and it makes me feel so much secure. I wish I could find one for my screen door my front door opens out so I have my screen door on the inside and I’m looking for something that would secure it if I could just find something like this it would be fantastic

Expands in the heat – We use these to prevent our daughter from opening the door and it works great. If you install both of them it would be very hard for someone to break in if installed properly. My only issue is in the summertime when the sun is beating down on the door the plastic expands slightly and with little to no Gap in between the door sometimes it hits the slider when opening.

I actually use this to hold my sliding mirrors closed in my RV – I think this works great for a sliding mirror stop haven’t tried it yet going down road but it looks to be perfect for that. Not sure if it will hold our a thief I’m sure it will them a run for their money.
