Awesome and EASY TO USE – My youngest daughter and I took a pasta class at Sur LA Table… we wanted to expand on our new found knowledge and try our hand with noodles. I purchased this we made noodles for a pasta dish. Worked like a champ. Easy to clean up (tip… let it sit overnight so the dough drys out. Easier to clean). Highly recommend.

Impossible Pasta! – The pasta I made is completely gluten free and grain free since I used red lentil flour! I have wanted this attachment for some time now but I was concerned that a wheat free dough wouldn’t work, would be too sticky, or wouldn’t run through.

Carcinogen Material Prop 65 | Overpriced | Disposable Quality – Kitchenaid is the most overrated corporation. Its disposable landfill destined and health endangering manufacturing and deceitful marketing practices have earned them my boycott.

Great upgrade from previous model – We love making fresh pasta and several years ago we purchased the earlier version of this product. We used it frequently and literally wore it out. The wire came loose and we had to find a way to make it work and then some of the molds were less than perfect after lots of use. We tried to replace it a few year ago but it seemed to have been completely discontinued. I lost our rigatoni mold and out of desperation, tried looking on resale websites to see if I could find a solution. Thankfully, I ran across someone selling a new model and then found it on Amazon!

Love this noodle maker – I love this noodle press! I use it all the time. I did notice a little bit of wear on the parts as they are made of plastic. Just be sure that when using this press that using semolina flour works best for noodles or be sure to make your dough more on the dry side. As the auger is spinning it will heat up the dough and make it really sticky if your dough is too wet. As long as you stick to dryer recipies you will love this press.
