Quite adequate – These ear-plugs do the job. I had a box of another brand that was a bit more compressible and when “swelling” to seal the ear canal they did not exert as much force or pressure that can be a bit uncomfortable with LYSIAN Foam Ear Plugs but definitely tolerable. I sleep in a noisy environment and these deaden sound to a level where I can drift off to sleep. For the price, they are a home run. Reusable too! So, the container of 60 should last me many years!

Comfy and fairly durable – I use these at night for sleep. They don’t cancel out my man’s snoring, but they make it more tolerable. It does cancel ambient noise and the sounds of my pets roaming in the middle of the night. Each one lasts a few weeks before it doesn’t expand properly anymore, but there’s alot in the bin so I just replace them.
