A good light for the money – For the money, this is a good flashlight. It is a little big but that is because it uses 4 AA batteries instead of AAA batteries. Also it is not a rechargeable light.

It has a decent long range throw when focused properly and a broad flood light pattern when adjusted accordingly. The battery carrier is stout and well constructed but this remains the weak point in this type of light. I use rechargeable AA and these work very well despite the slightly lower voltage. Overall a good budget light to keep by the front and back doors.
