Great product – This is a great shower head with a lot of surface area. Very easy to instal and doesn’t leak. It can be adjusted for height and has the handheld attachment which is great. The only negative comment I have is that the water pressure is lower than what I’m used to but by no meant does it affect showering. Just a personal preference of pressure.

Works good. – It leaks a little at the main connection, but I think that’s more install. I also purposely did not install the regulator to the hand unit so it sprays fairly hard, which is what we wanted. I think I spent maybe 30 minutes or so on instal.

Works great – This sorry was so easy to install as it comes with the step by step video. We were able to do it in under 20 minutes and now we find any excuse to shower because it just feels so good to have the water fall on you the way it does it feels like a warm massage

Water drips – Water constantly drops because the various holes disperse the weight of the water so even if the water isn’t running it drips which doesn’t allow the shower floor to dry so it causes pink mold to come sooner than usual

It’s great but… – So it’s really nice to use, however it’s kinda cheaply made. And it uses SO MUCH MORE WATER. I run out of hot water within 15 minutes and with my old shower head I NEVER ran out of water. I also was a bit disappointed that both heads don’t work simultaneously. One or the other. The rain head is a Hella nice relaxing shower though!
