Bought as Gift – Bought as a gift for my other half. Read so many positive reviews on this table that I thought, well even if half are correct, this appears to be a seriously good item. Turns out the reviews were right! Never have I seen such a reaction like this to a gift I’ve given him before. He thinks it’s very impressive and has gone over it with a fine tooth comb. His friend too has examined, stood back, smiled and said, “Yip, think I will get one too. Good piece of gear.” I have no idea what the patting of the table is about but can only put it down to some ritual I am unaware of as both took part. I am just relieved it is not being returned and very pleased that he’s delighted with my gift. The price was right and the delivery was prompt.

I wish I had purchased this sooner! – I want to start doing my own home maintenance and diy projects, so I purchased my own set of tools, and this table. I thought it might be too heavy or too difficult to open and secure, but it’s neither one. I haven’t built anything yet, but I’m much more confident now that I have the right tools. I don’t have to worry about drilling into my dining room table, or the floor, or whatever.

Awesome – I purchased two of these work horses due to the clamping mechanism and because they appeared to be made from sturdy material and good craftmanship. I was not disappointed. I have built several pieces of furniture using these work benches in a small workshop. So being able to fold them and put them aside was a major deciding factor when I chose to purchase them. The opening/closing functions are smooth and effortless. The benches are well made and when I placed a dresser on them, there was no buckling or appearance of stress on the benches. They are a little heavy but that should be expected due to their size and purpose. The clamping slots are extremely useful (not to mention they come with clamps) and the fact that you can manipulate the bench to fit your working surface is a huge plus.

Fantastic work tables!! – I have just purchased my 3rd Worx folding work table. These things are perfect for what I do routinely; and they are lightweight. I have a 2-car garage loaded with wood working equipment. The table saw and wood storage rack takes up most of the limited space I have. Most of my auxiliary power equipment is on mobile carts (planer, jointer, air compressor, drill press, and bandsaw. The tools are rolled out in the driveway during “project time”. These folding tables are perfect because they take up no space when stored and easily set up for my “bench or table” assembly work where I need a flat surface. They are rugged too! Very well constructed and easily moved around the property for jobs I have outside of the “shop”. The quick clamps that come with the tables are acceptable as hold downs when sanding, painting, using a palm router or hand plane. But not much beyond that purpose. But the clamps are handy, store on the table neatly and mount well on the table work surface. Overall a huge upgrade to my previous steel folding tables that were not nearly as easy to move around. Great product at a great price. I love mine!

Best Folding Work Table – I suspect that, like many people, my choice of a portable/folding work table came down to the Worx Pegasus and the Keter folding work table. I spent hours researching folding work table options, reading reviews and watching YouTube videos about the various options. Ultimately, I narrowed my choices to the Worx Pegasus and the Keter folding work table. I ordered both with the intention of keeping the one I liked most and returning the other (fortunately, Amazon offered free returns for the Worx Pegasus and I could purchase and return the Keter table at a local Northern Tool store). The Keter folding work table I ordered was the model with extendable legs and maximum load capacity of 750 lbs. Keter also makes a model with non-extendable legs (fixed height of 29.75 inches), which has a maximum load capacity of 1,000 lbs. Except for the legs, the two models of the Keter table are otherwise identical.
